Have you ever brought your PC to a computer store to have it repaired, only to be told that they cannot fix it, or you learn it could be very expensive, or worse yet, "We can sell you a new one?"

Whether the problem is a virus, a high-jacked browser, a forgotten password, lost data, a lost product key or something as simple as running out of room on your hard drive or not having enough memory, I can help you and most important 'Keep the costs down.'

I can put my forty years of computer experience into play.  I have been working with computers even before there were PCs. Before I started my own company I was a Senior Technical Engineer at a major computer company for fourteen years.

I am local to the area. My main base of operations is in Grafton, Massachusetts. I provide computer software services to towns in Southern Worcester County. Select 'Areas of Coverage' for a listing of towns I go to.

I never, ever charge for driving out to your home to fix your PC in my service area. I charge only for the work I do on your PC at your home.

I will also tell you right upfront what the problem is and give you an approximate time it will take to fix it.

And if I cannot fix the problem, I will tell you that upfront as well.

I started this company to primarily provide software and networking services. But as time has gone on, I have branched out into hardware services, repairs and upgrades as well.

Select from the buttons on the left for descriptions of my services as well as pricing.

A personal note from me.

Please, if you take away nothing else from this site, please, please backup your data. There is nothing more heartbreaking than when a PC or laptop crashes and a customer has no backup. I am very good at recovering data from crashed systems, but there are going to be occasions when nothing can help. So please, for yourself, backup your data.
