I had some very important files on two floppy disks that I could not recover. Every time I put the disks into my PC it kept saying "Disk is not formatted, do you wish to format it now?" I knew the data was on these disks and that formatting would erase them. So, I found this company on the net and sent them the disks. The technician rebuilt something called the partition table and was able to recover all my files from both disks.

I just sent 627 3 1/2" floppy disks to this company. I needed the data from them transferred to either CDs or DVDs. I was not sure that anyone would attempt a project this large. But, Hit Any Key to Continue completed the project in less than two days. I was very impressed with the speedy turnaround.

My desktop PC would not boot. Every time I turned it on I kept hearing a clicking noise coming from inside the cabinet. I took it to "name withheld" and they said that the hard drive was gone and that what I was hearing was referred to as the 'Click of Death' and could not be fixed. They said that I would have to replace the hard drive and reload it. They quoted me a price that was almost as high as buying a new PC. I asked them is there anyplace I could send the hard drive to at least get the data copied from it and they said that there are data recovery companies out there that can do that, but it generally cost upwards to $1000.00 or more to do it. I did not have a backup. I decided to get a second opinion and called this company.

The technician came out to my home and looked at it and agreed that the drive in this condition would not work again ...... not yet. He ordered me a new hard drive, replaced it for the old hard drive in the PC and reloaded the system. Everything came up ok except all my data was gone (on the old hard drive). He then told me he was going to try something that may or may not get the old drive up and running.... He was going to wrap it in plastic wrap and put it into a plastic bag and freeze it! A week later he called me and said that it worked. the drive powered up with no clicking noise. He came to my house with the drive, connected it to my PC with external cables and was able to copy ALL my data onto my new hard drive.

I had two old desktop PCs that I wanted reloaded so that I could let my children use them. I went to one of the big box stores and they said it was not worth it. I told them I still wanted to have them reloaded and they quoted me an unbelievable high price, almost as much as buying a new PC.

I called this company and asked for a quote. The price was fantastic!

The technician arrived at my house and brought in his own mini-keyboard, mini-mouse, mini-monitor and networking dongle. All I had to do was put the two desktop PCs on the table. I did not even have to lug around any other pieces, just the PCs.

He was done reloading both PCs in a little over two hours each. I am very pleased with the work done and the price.

Thanksgiving Morning. We had guests at our home that had come in from out of town. They brought a laptop with them that had all sorts of pictures of their new home that they wanted to show us. But when they went to turn on the laptop, it would not power on. No matter what we did it still would not work.

We called this company in the hope that he could come out to at least look at it and give us some advice. When the technician arrived he took out the battery and tried to power up the laptop while it was plugged into the wall. No luck. He put the battery back in, checked all the connections, still no luck. He checked the power supply which was on. He even connected his own Dell power supply as well as another Universal power supply he had, still not working.

He finally said, 'I always have a 'Plan B.'

He proceeded to remove the hard drive from the laptop and using special cables he had with him, connected the laptop hard drive to our home PC and transferred the pictures so that we could view them, I did not know that could be done.

Our guests were amazed that one, he came out to fix something on Thanksgiving Day and two, that nothing fazed him as he was working on the laptop. He just knew what to do. I like this 'Plan B' approach that he uses!!

"I have been working with Microsoft to fix an error on my computer for literally 14 months.  I have 28 encounters which I started keeping track of starting in Jan. 2011.  There were more than that, but can't prove it as I didn't save them to the computer.  One of the biggest mistakes Microsoft did was delete 4 programs out of my Control Panel.  Doing this took out the spooler, RPC, and the installation of my printer."

"My PC at home finally died after six years of good use. It would no longer power up. I took it to a repair shop and they said that something called the mother board was bad and that I needed to replace it. Rather than do that, I bought a new computer. I called this company to ask how I could get all my pictures and files off from my old PC onto the new PC when I could not power it up. Phil came out to my home with these special cables he hooked up to my old disk drive, copied all the files and put them onto the new PC. I am very, very satisfied with the work he did."
